You can now get a full evaluation and proposed treatment plan without having to leave a comfort of your own home. The consultation with Nancy H. Coles MD can provide you with the following:

- Study of your past ophthalmology history (surgical and non-surgical)
- In-depth discussion of your options
- A comprehensive review of the impression and plan for treatment (Ocular Meds instructions/ follow-up care and referral information if needed)

Step 2
Our administrative personnel will reach out via phone or email to obtain your date and time preferences and assist you with scheduling your live consultation with Dr. Coles. Please be prepared with your pharmacy information, all insurance and payment information. We will proceed with payment once scheduled for the virtual session with Dr. Coles. Keep in mind Medicare will pay for this service and that Medicare is the only insurance Dr. Coles participates with. For Commercially insured patients with out-of-network benefits feel free to ask for an insurance claim form to use for potential reimbursement.
Step 3
Send your images via email prior to the scheduled session with Dr. Coles. If you are unable to do so due please let us know. Dr. Coles will use these pictures in addition to the virtual session to make her recommendations.
